Shipping Policy

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed. Customized products may require additional preparation time.

Standard shipping

Estimated delivery is 15–25 business days after dispatch. Standard shipping is free where shown at checkout.

Express shipping

Where available, estimated delivery is 10–15 business days after dispatch. The current express-shipping charge is displayed at checkout.

Tracking and delivery issues

Tracking information is sent when an order ships. If tracking has not updated, a package appears delivered but cannot be located, or an order has not arrived within the estimated period, email support@goldenstatekits.com with your order number. Report suspected loss or delivery problems within 45 days of placing the order so we can investigate with the carrier.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, customs, severe weather, or peak periods.
